We are a dropshipping store — all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners on our behalf. We remain fully responsible for your order and your experience from start to finish.

Orders

Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.

Please double check your delivery address and product selection before completing your purchase. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes to it.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will always be the price shown at the time of purchase.

In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.

Dropshipping Disclosure

Fetch & Frolic operates as a dropshipping store. This means:

Products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our supplier partners
Orders may arrive in supplier packaging rather than Fetch & Frolic branded packaging
Deliveries may originate from locations outside your country
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments

None of the above affects the quality of your product or your consumer rights in any way. We remain fully responsible for your order regardless of which supplier fulfils it.

Product Quality

Every product in the Fetch & Frolic store is selected because we believe it is safe, effective, and genuinely beneficial for your pet. We do not stock products we would not use on our own animals.

If any product arrives and does not match its description on our website please contact us at yesudas.solomon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it immediately.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
Used items and opened consumables cannot be returned unless confirmed defective
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at yesudas.solomon@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the standard returns process.
